RapidLaunch controllers are made in the USA and include a 3 Year Limited Warranty. Keep the purchase and installation records together with the manual, controller model, year, and identifying information.
Guardian support
Guardian engineers and technicians can consult with boat owners about current controller issues. Depending on the issue and location, evaluation may involve an on-dock visit, video service call, or shipment of controller parts to Guardian.
